Customer Complaint Unit

In case that you have any complain, you may submit it via one of the following ways:

  • Personally to Complaints unit in Wared company (Sharq-Ahmed Al Jaber Street- Al Awadhi Towers-Tower # 3-Mizzanin Floor- Tel: 22324515).
  • Print complaint form (attached below), filled and send e-mail to the following address:

General notes:

  • The respond to the complaint filed by the customer within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint to the Complaints Unit.
  • Must comply with all the form information, whether printed or sent electronically, in addition to writing the complaint clearly and fully.
  • In case that the attached complaint form is not used, it will result in failure to consider and respond to the complaint.
